Prized Possession......

My wedding/engagement rings are my most prized possession.  It reminds me of the day I got married.   One of the best days of my life.  It is also a constant reminder of the love I share with my husband.  I love being married.  It has been one of the most rewarding relationships I have ever had.   I know that in Christ we are complete, but I have to say that I feel like my husband is an extension of myself.   We get along so well.  I have never felt so loved.  I know that I am truly blessed.   What is your most prized possession?  I am talking about that tangible thing you don't want to live without.

Awww.. how cute you two are. So happy for you.

When I married my Husband, we decided not to use wedding rings. I am or was allergic and he almost lost his finger wearing a ring.

Now that I have gotten my candida under control and the parasites gone, I can wear jewelry again. Who knows, I may want a wedding ring one of these days.

beautiful ring set! For me, my Bible. Because without it, I couldn't do life :) Truly the Word of God, a life manual so to speak and a love story of a Wonderful Savior who came to redeem the world :)

Tangible? That would be my husband and his desire to love God and His Word with me, and my children! Blessings!

What a lovely tribute to your husband and to your marriage!

I love my rings, too - have never taken them off, except when required to when I had my kids - but they are only a symbol and not really all that important to me.

Maybe it sounds shallow, but my most prized tangible possession is probably my laptop! It's my connection to the outside world, even when I'm not able to leave home, and it helps me stay in touch with my family and friends, even though most of them are far away. And to meet new friends like you!

My cross necklace. It is a symbol of my love for Jesus and I cherish it because it was a gift from my husband.

BTW, I am praying for a speedy recovery for your ankle and toe.

Unfortunately I have had to put aside my rings because of pregnancy swelling. It took me a while to get over it because I feel the same way that you do about being married and my rings.

Other than that, i don't really have anything else that is valuable enough to not want to live without it... I have moved so many times and lost so many possessions over the years that materialism has become meaningless.

My whole life has been in a box these last 9 months that I have even forgotten what I own. :-/

The most valuable "thing" in my life is my husband. I don't like thinking of him as a possession; yet he is tangible and I really don't want to live without him! :-D
