My husband and I are in the SC State Bowling Tournament this weekend. This is my 1st tourney ever. I am a new bowler. I am going in with a 94 average, but usually bowl at least 102 or greater. It's going to be fun. I am taken the place of one member that had to drop out due to vertigo. Now, understand this one point. I will be hurting after I bowl. For one, it has been a few weeks since I bowled due to my knee injury. When I practised it was killer on my body. Second, bowling usually does make me hurt with the Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. I will just take a day or two afterwards to chill. I really enjoy bowling although I am not too good at it. It gets me out. I use my muscles. I socialize with my friends. I do have some "payback" time, but every thing I do has that. SO, I try to do a little at a time, then rest and try to enjoy as much as I can and not let my illnesses ruin my lifeI hope all have a great weekend and I will post pics when we return home.
