C is for Comments.....

I LOVE COMMENTS WHEN I BLOG!!!!!!!!!  However, those that are "following" me are not commenting like they used to.  Have I gotten boring?  Are you just too busy?  See, I covet your comments.  I thrive on comments.  It's your comments that really motivate me.  Comments create in me a desire to be more creative and interesting.  SO!  Please humor me my fellow "followers".  Leave a sentence or two to brighten my day and I will do likewise. 

Summer Plans......

It's that time again.  Road trips, day trips, outing with friends and family, It's summer time.  This is usually the time that families plan and go on vacations.   Since Bob and I don't have kids, our vacations have been when and wherever.  However, this summer we will NOT be taking any trips,  since Bob is still looking for a full time job. No job means No vacation.  The one advantage of him not working as many hours is that I get to spend more time with him, thus always a reason for vacations.  The last little vacation was the bowling trip that we had already paid for before Bob lost his job.  Don't get me wrong, I AM NOT complaining.  Vacations  are luxuries and not a necessity.   If you get the privilege of taking a vacation this summer,  I would love to hear about it. If not a vacation, what are your summer plans? 

My plans are to volunteer with the Big Brother/ Big Sister Program, clean my house, utilize our pool( the apartment complex-not ours personally), read more and try to start writing a novel.

G is for Gator......



That's right...Gator!!  My hubby calls me gatorgirl.  I went to a place in Myrtle Beach called Alligator Adventure and I just fell in love.  It is miles of land devoted to gators.  They have all kinds of alligaters.   Ones from China, South Africa, and every baby alligators.  They even talks to teachyou about gators and snakes. They have a live show where they feed the gators.  One guy told me that the only thing that keeps the gators in their areas(although they have fences) is that they feed them well.  When they first opened, they noticed the gators climbing the fence trying to find food so they had to increase their feeding.  Below are some pictures that I took while there.
