H is for.....HELP!!!!


I was going to write on Hobbies, then I then thought about Hope, but after the last two days HELP really fits my frame of mind.  I have had 2 very bad days and have had to ask for HELP from my hubby. He doesn't complain or grumble but jumps up and does what he can for me.  It has taken a long time to learn to ask for HELP and I still find it hard to do so.  I cannot always do what it is that I used to do and must ask for the HELP.  It is a continuous process. Do you find it easy to ask for HELP or do you put up a fight like I sometimes do?
